Repairs
Leaks, wind and storm damage, flashing and vents. Fixed properly, not patched over.
Skylights & Sun Tunnels
Daylight without the leaks, installed and flashed by roofers.
Commercial Flat Roofs

Deck Membranes
Walkable waterproof membranes for decks and balconies.
Attic Fans & Insulation
Solar attic fans, ventilation and insulation that keep the heat out of your house.
Same family. Same phone number.
John and Karen Weese started Perfect Circle Construction in 1985. The family has grown. The name and the number have not, and the van in that old photo still runs our repair calls.

41 years of happy roofs
Rated 5.0 across our Google reviews, and a box of handwritten thank-you letters going back to 1995.
Professional, honest, and meticulous. They re-roofed my mom's house in one day, and cleanup was so thorough it looked untouched. A storm hit later and there was no damage.
Denny and the team did a great job on the roof and skylight and left the site spotless. An extremely friendly and professional crew.
They have fixed my roof twice now. Honest, easy to work with, and the work holds up. I'm sticking with Perfect Circle for all future roofing needs.
They even roofed our doghouse! Reasonably priced, fast, and left the place spotless. I tell everyone to call Perfect Circle if they want it done right.
The crew arrived right on time and were on the roof in 10 minutes. They had it ready for shingles in an hour and a half and finished by 1:00 PM. This is the best crew I have ever seen in operation.
Your company did a great job, fast, cleaned up well, and we love the sun tunnels. We keep thinking we have to turn off a light!

Roofing questions can derail a deal fast. We give free roof estimates to buyers, sellers and agents, typically within one business day, and detailed inspection reports when you need something formal for negotiations, appraisals or insurance.
We have kept records since the beginning. If we have worked on a property before, there is a good chance we can pull its history before we ever set foot on the roof.
- Free roof estimates, usually within one business day
- Written inspection reports on request
- Job history on homes we have roofed
- Kennewick, Richland, Pasco, West Richland and surrounding communities
