We tear off, rebuild the insulation, and detail the edges so the roof drains the way it was meant to, and we work around your hours rather than the other way round.
The roof above is the VFW post in Richland. The old membrane was holding water and had blistered through, so it came off, new insulation went down, and the building never closed.
