Contact details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address.
Property details needed to estimate and complete your job: the job address, roof measurements, photos of your roof and home, and notes from our inspection.
Project and billing records: estimates, contracts, invoices, permits, warranty registrations, and payment history.
Messages you send us by phone, text message, email, or through our website forms.

How we use it

To prepare estimates, schedule and complete your work, and follow up about your project.
To send you invoices and receipts and to accept payment.
To register manufacturer warranties on the products we install.
To obtain building permits and meet state and local recordkeeping requirements.
To answer your questions and keep you informed by phone, email, or text message when you have agreed to receive texts.

Payments

Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card or bank account number.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to do your job and run our business:

with our crews and subcontractors who perform your work;
with suppliers and manufacturers to order materials and register warranties;
with permitting agencies;
with our payment processor, accountant, and software providers who store our records;
when the law requires it.

Text messaging and mobile information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep project and billing records for as long as the law and our warranties require, typically at least seven years, because roofs and warranties last decades.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
You can stop emails by replying and asking us to.
